Weekly & Bi-Weekly Service
The routine that keeps the water right.
Same day, every week — or every other week if the pool sees light use. We test and balance the water on the spot, brush walls, steps, and the tile line, skim and net, empty the baskets, vacuum what needs it, and look over the equipment before we leave. Filter cleans and chemical corrections are part of taking care of your pool, not a separate sales pitch. You get a digital report with the readings and photos after every visit.
Green Pool Recovery
From swamp back to swimmable.
Neglected, algae-filled, or just-bought pools get a full analysis, a shock and algaecide program, heavy debris removal, and a filter clean — then daily follow-up until the water clears and holds chlorine on its own. Most pools turn around in a few days. When it's clear, you can roll straight into weekly service or we hand it back to you balanced.
Equipment Repair & Replacement
Pumps, filters, heaters, sanitizers, automation.
We diagnose it, repair it, or replace it — motors, filters, heaters, salt cells, valves, plumbing, timers, and automation. You get a straight answer on repair versus replace and what it costs before anything is ordered. We service and install equipment; we do not build pools.
Seasonal Open & Close
Winter down, spring back up.
In the fall we inspect equipment, protect it against freezing, and set chemistry for the months the cover is on. In the spring we start the system back up, clean the filter, deep clean the pool, and rebalance the water so the first warm weekend is a swim, not a project.
Realtors, Landlords & Property Management
Listings, turnovers, and properties that keep changing hands.
We work with agents whose inventory changes month to month: pre-listing cleanups, documented inspections with photos for the file, service held on a vacant home, and turnovers between tenants. Same for apartments, HOAs, and multi-property owners — one point of contact, documented readings on every visit, and coordination with tenants and vendors so you are not the middleman.
